The slime dryer is a new type of special slime drying equipment developed by our company on the basis of the existing dryer. The slime dryer has a depolymerization mechanism, movable grate-type wings, cleaning device and The crushing, impact and dispersing device can dry sticky materials that ordinary rotary dryers cannot handle. It is a product developed and designed for sticky filter cake-like materials.

4. The equipment operates reliably and has strong overload resistance. The self-aligning tug structure is adopted to reduce wear and power consumption. The special gear wheel structure is adopted to reduce the horizontal thrust caused by the tilting operation of the equipment.
✔ Working Principle
1.Feeding Process
Coal slime is transported by a belt conveyor or bucket elevator to a feed hopper.The hopper's feeder then delivers the material through an inclined feed chute into the dryer's inlet.The chute's angle exceeds the material's natural angle of repose to ensure smooth flow into the dryer.
2. Drying Process
The dryer consists of a slightly inclined rotating drum (typically 3–5°).Wet material enters from the higher end, while the heat carrier (hot air/flue gas) flows in from the lower end (counter-current design).Alternative: Co-current flow (heat carrier and material enter from the same end).As the drum rotates, the material moves downward by gravity.During transit, moisture evaporates through direct/indirect heat exchange with the heat carrier.Dried material exits via a belt conveyor or screw conveyor.
3. Internal Mechanism & Emission Control
Lifting flights are installed along the drum's inner wall to: Lift and cascade the material, maximizing heat exposure. Enhance drying efficiency and promote forward movement.
Heat carriers: Hot air (300–600°C) or flue gas.
Exhaust gas treatment:
1. Cyclone separator: Recovers 90% of airborne particles.
2. Optional secondary treatment: Bag filter (for fine dust removal). Wet scrubber (for acidic gas neutralization, e.g., SO₂/HF).
